If your video project shows a black screen or fails to load, please first check whether all image and video files in the Media section have fully loaded. If any files are not loading correctly, try clicking Retry or Relink.
If you see a continuous loading icon or a white screen, please try the following steps:
Update your Google Chrome to the latest version
Clear your browser cache
Open the project in an incognito/private window
If the issue still persists, please contact us and provide your account email and project ID so we can further assist you.
