Blur effects work on videos, images (backgrounds & layers), and GIFs.

Click on the object, then click Edit to find the Blur option.

Click on it, and you will see several blur effects on the new panel.

By dragging the white-dot slider and black arrows, you can adjust the intensity of the blur effect and set the duration of the fade-in and fade-out effects.

At the bottom, you can compare the before and after effects, and you can also apply the blur effect to all or remove it with one click.
