Free users:
The free version does not involve any subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. If you believe you are a paid user, please double-check that you are logged in with the correct email address.
One-time subscriptions:
If your subscription page shows a fixed expiration date, it means your plan is a one-time payment and will not renew automatically. Therefore, there is no cancellation option.
In some regions, due to local regulations on recurring payments (for example, in India), automatic renewals may not be supported by certain banks or payment methods. In such cases, the subscription will simply expire at the end of the billing period (monthly or yearly).
Device:
Subscription management, including cancellation, is only available on a computer and is not supported on mobile devices.
