Here is the method to check your storage usage:

1). Press F12 (Windows) / Command+Option+J (Mac).

2). Turn to ''Application'' > ''Storage'' panel.

If the used storage quota exceeds the allocated storage quota or is almost the same, this is why the issue occurs.
