Right-click a video/image/audio file on the canvas or timeline, then click Show in Media to quickly locate it in the Media section.

A flashing orange frame will be around it.

The prerequisite for using this function is that the selected file has been listed in the Media section. Therefore, the resources that come with a pre-made template cannot be located.
