The validity of your AI Credits depends on how you obtained them:
From a Video Editor Subscription:
These AI credits are included with your subscription plan. Their validity period matches your subscription cycle — monthly or yearly — and they renew automatically when your subscription renews.From an AI Credits Subscription:
Monthly Plan: Valid for the current month and the following 1 month (if in subscription status). If the subscription expires, it will be frozen for one month, and cleared after the freeze period ends. Resubscribing during the freeze period can unfreeze the credits, but the validity period still continues until the original clearance date.
Annual Plan: Valid for the current month and the following 2 months (if in subscription status). If the subscription expires, it will be frozen until the original expiration date, and cleared after the freeze period ends. Resubscribing during the freeze period can unfreeze the credits, but the validity period still continues until the original clearance date.
From a One-Time AI Credits Package:
One-time purchased AI credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. If you make another one-time purchase within that period, the validity of all your one-time credits will be refreshed to 365 days from the latest purchase date.
