On the timeline, select all the scenes that you want to set the same duration for first. To achieve this, you can press Ctrl, and then keep clicking to select more scenes. Or, press Ctrl+A to select all.

Type your desired duration, and press Enter to apply.

It should be noted that the minimum duration is 0.1s, and the duration of the video scene can only be shortened but not extended.
