When you try to export your video project, you may receive an error message saying ''Oops! Something went wrong. Your file is not loaded successfully. Please try again later.''

Why is that? This is because some footage in your video project has not yet been loaded successfully.

What to do? First, go to the Media section and make sure that all files there have loaded successfully.

If the error message still appears, follow the steps below:

1). Click the Timeline button for each scene.

2). Find the elements with the loading problem, then click on Reload/Delete. (Please check carefully as they may be in gray)
