If your video fails to be transcoded or uploaded, the issue is usually related to its encoding method rather than the file format itself.
Many video files may share the same format (such as MP4) but use different encoding methods. Even if the format is supported, certain encodings may not be compatible with our system.
For example:
MP4 with H.264 encoding → Supported
MP4 with MPEG4 encoding → Not supported and requires transcoding
In most cases, our system will automatically transcode unsupported files. However, if the file still cannot be processed, it means the encoding is not compatible with our transcoding system.
In this situation, we recommend converting your video to a supported format and encoding using an online video converter before uploading again.
