If you open a video share link and see the message “Oops! Looks like something went wrong. This page either doesn't exist or has been moved to somewhere else,” it usually means that either the share link or the video project is no longer available.
1. The share link was deleted by the video owner
The video owner may have removed the share link, making it unavailable to anyone who accesses it. If this is the case, please ask the video owner to:
1）Open the original video project again.
2）Export the video.
3）Generate a new share link and share it again.
2. The video project was deleted by the video owner
Once the video project is deleted, the share link will no longer be available.
In this situation, please contact the video owner and ask them to provide the downloaded video file if they have saved a local copy.
