If you can't find a video project you made on your My Projects page, there are 4 reasons.

1). The first is that you logged in to a wrong account. Please check your email address first.

2). The second is that you are in a different workspace. Please switch your workspace to Private or Team.

3). The third is that your video project didn't get saved last time. In this situation, we regret to inform you that it can't be recovered. To avoid any data loss, before closing your video project, make sure that it shows ''Saved'' in the upper right corner.

4). The fourth is that your video project has been deleted. In this situation, it can't be recovered either. Please think twice before deleting any video projects. And, protect your account information to prevent others from operating your project without your knowledge.
