If you can't find a video project you made on your My Projects page, there are 4 reasons.

1). The first is that you logged in to the wrong account. Please check your email account first.

2). The second is that you are in a different workplace. Please switch your workplace between private and team.

3). The third is that your video project didn't get saved. In this situation, it can't be recovered. To avoid any data loss, before closing your video project, please make sure that it shows ''Saved'' in the upper right corner.

4). The fourth is that your video project has been deleted. In this situation, it can't be recovered either. Please think twice before deleting any video projects.
