You can find all your saved video projects in the Projects section on your home page. If you cannot locate a project, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You may have logged in to the wrong account. Please double-check the email address you used.
2. You might be in a different workspace. Switch between your private and team workspaces to see if your project is there.
3. Your project may not have been saved last time. Unfortunately, unsaved projects cannot be recovered. To prevent data loss, always ensure your project shows “Saved” in the top-right corner before closing.
4. Your project may have been deleted. Deleted projects cannot be recovered. Please be careful when deleting projects and protect your account to prevent unauthorized access.
