Why can't I save my video project/edit?

If an error message appears when clicking the Save button, or if you open a previous video project and find that it is not the latest version, why does this happen?

Normally, as long as you are logged in, we will automatically save each of your edits in real time. However, if you encounter some problems during editing, such as network delay/disconnection, login expiration, browser cache, too old browser version, opening the same video project in different tabs, etc., the autosave feature may suddenly fail. Unfortunately, unsaved/lost edits cannot be recovered.

To prevent this from happening again, please keep an eye on the "Save" button in the upper right corner while you're editing your video. If you notice it keeps saying "Save" or "Saving" and never turns to "Saved", don't make any new edits and refresh the page immediately, this will usually restore the save function with minimal data loss. We also recommend that you regularly update your Google Chrome browser and clear your browser cache.
