Normally, we automatically save your video project after every edit you make. However, if you encounter some issues, such as network delay/disconnection, browser caches, or unknown bugs, then the system may fail to save your video. Currently, the most effective solution is to refresh the page. However, sorry to say that this may cause some data loss.

To avoid this, we suggest that you update your Google Chrome and clear browser caches regularly. Please also pay attention to the Save button from time to time during the video-making process. If you notice that it gets stuck on ''Save'' or ''Saving'' instead of ''Saved'', please do not make any new edits and refresh the page in time.
