First, click the Media > Record > Record Screen or Webcam button and select Screen Only.
Next, adjust the recording settings and click the Start Recording button.
Choose a screen that you want to record and click the Share button.
Click the Stop Recording button when you are finished. You will then be taken back to the recording result, where you can choose to re record if you would like to try again.
If you are happy with the recording, click Add to library. The recording will be added directly to your Media library, where you can place it on the editing timeline and edit it freely. A copy will also be downloaded directly to your computer.
