First, click the Media > Record > Record Screen or Webcam button and select Screen Only.

Next, adjust the recording settings and click the Start Recording button.

Choose a screen that you want to record and click the Share button.

Click the Stop recording button, and you will get back to what you have recorded, and you can add it to the editing page and edit it freely. Or choose to re-record and get a better one.
