Sometimes, maybe you cannot download your video successfully for some reason. In this case, please update your Google Chrome to the latest version, then relaunch your browser and reopen your video project to try again. This solves most exporting problems usually.
If it still doesn't work, you can try the Cloud Export function if it is available. In this way, your video project will be processed on our end and you can download it later.
