Find the Overlay samples in the Text part, which includes Shape Overlays, Big Title Overlays, Corporate Overlays, Contact Info Overlays, etc.

Choose from these samples, and add a favorite one to the canvas, and then you can type words, change colors, adjust the time, etc. (Don’t forget to click the Ungroup button to edit these elements separately)
