You can add an image layer to the canvas in two ways.

First, in Media or Images, click the Add as Layer button on the lower-left corner of the image, and you can add it as a layer to the canvas.

Second, drag and drop the image to the center of the canvas directly.

You can add unlimited picture layers to a scene.
