There are several ways for you to import a picture into a video.

1). In Media/Images, hover your cursor over the picture, and you can click to add this picture as a background or layer to the canvas.

2). Once you have added a picture as a layer, click the Replace button on the toolbar, and you can select a picture from Media or your computer to replace the current one.
