Why do I still have no access to the premium account after paying?

The most common reason is that you wrongly log in with a free account.

All FlexClip subscriptions are tied to an email address, where you should receive the FlexClip receipt email. Make sure that the email address, Google, or Facebook account you upgraded with is the same one you're currently logged in with.
