Why did I fail to pay?

Your payment would fail for many reasons, and the most common reasons include:

1) Insufficient balance of funds in your account;

2) The credit card has expired;

3) Payment rejected or delayed by your bank;

4) Your credit card doesn't support international transactions or recurring payments.

We suggest you change your credit card or try using PayPal. If none of the payment methods work, please contact us and let us know which plan (monthly/annually plus or business plan) you want to subscribe to, and then we'll send you a payment link alternatively.
