You can cancel your Private plan (Plus/Business) or Team plan anytime from your account. This can only be done on a computer.
After cancellation, you won’t be charged on the next billing date, and you can continue using your premium features until the plan expires.
To cancel your Plus/Business plan subscription:
● Click your profile photo and navigate to My Account > Billing.
● In the Subscription section, locate your Current Video Editor Plan.
● Click Cancel My Subscription, then confirm by clicking Continue.
To cancel your Team plan subscription:
● Switch your workplace to your Team from the Home page.
● Click your profile photo and navigate to My Account > Billing.
● In the Subscription section, locate your Current Video Editor Plan.
● Click Cancel My Subscription, then confirm by clicking Continue.
