You can cancel your subscription at any time from your end. If you confirm the cancellation, you will not be billed again on the next billing date. You can keep using your current premium plan until it ends.
To cancel your private subscription:
● Click on your profile photo and go to the My Account > Billing page.
● In the Subscription section, click the "Cancel My Subscription" button.
● Choose or enter a reason for the cancellation, then click ''Continue''.
To cancel your Team subscription:
● Switch your workplace to your Team from the Home page.
● Go to the My Account > Billing page.
● In the Subscription section, click the "Cancel My Subscription" button.
● Choose or enter a reason for the cancellation, then click ''Continue''.
