Can I request a refund for my video editor subscription?

If you are not satisfied after trying the service, or if your payment information was used without your authorization, you may contact our support team to request a refund for your Plus, Business, or Team plan, provided that the following two conditions are met:

  • This is the first payment of your current subscription period (renewal payments are not eligible).

  • It has been no more than 7 days since your first payment date.

Note: To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please make sure to contact us using the email address associated with your paid account.
