Can I request a refund for my subscription?

If you’re not satisfied after your trial or your payment information has been stolen, you can contact our support team to request a refund, provided that the following two necessary conditions are met:

  • This is the first payment of your current subscription period (not applicable for any renewals).

  • It is not more than 7 days since your first payment date.

Note: In order to process your request as quickly as possible, please make sure to use the correct paid email address when contacting us.
