1). Press F12 (Windows) / Command+Option+J (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
2). Turn to the "Network" panel.
3). Keep the Network panel open, then click the button that causes the issue again (for example, the Generate button, Export button, or any other button that triggers the error).
4). Wait until the error message appears, then take a screenshot of the full page.
Please make sure your screenshot clearly shows all of the following information:
• The complete operation page on the left side
• The error message that appears after the issue occurs
• The complete Network panel content on the right side, especially the full details of the request marked in red (failed request)
