To help you better understand the expiration rules of AI Credits, please see the details below for different types of credits:
1. AI Credits Included in a Video Editor Subscription
AI credits included with a video editor subscription (Plus, Business, or Team plan) will expire immediately once the subscription ends. Any remaining credits will be cleared and cannot be carried over.
2. AI Credits Subscription
AI credits from a standalone subscription will not expire immediately after the subscription ends. Instead, they enter a pending period:
Monthly plan: credits are retained for an additional 1 month after expiration
Annual plan: credits are retained for an additional 2 months after expiration
If you do not renew during the pending period, all remaining credits will be cleared once the period ends.
3. One-Time AI Credits Package
One-time purchased AI credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
If you purchase another credits package before the expiration date, the expiration time will be refreshed.
You can check the expiration or refresh time of your current credits at any time on the Billing → Credits page in your account.
