Why do I see a "watermark" when playing my exported video (even with a paid plan)?

If you are using a paid video editor plan and notice a "watermark" when playing your exported video, please note that this is usually not an actual watermark added by our platform.

Some video players on computers may display the file name on the screen while playing the video. This can sometimes be mistaken for a "watermark", but it is actually not part of the video itself.

The text “made with flexclip” is part of the file name, not a watermark. You can simply right-click the video file to rename it and remove this suffix if needed.

You can refer to the screenshot below to see what our actual watermark looks like. If your video does not match that example, then your video is already watermark-free.
