FlexClip is a video creation platform, not a video player. This means that once your video is exported, loop playback is no longer controlled within FlexClip.
After export, whether your video plays in a continuous loop depends entirely on the player or platform you use to view it. Different environments handle looping in different ways:
Most desktop video players (such as VLC or system default players) allow you to manually enable a loop or repeat option
Some social media platforms automatically loop videos after upload
Other platforms may require you to turn on loop playback in the settings
