Normally, unused AI credits will be cleared after your subscription expires. However, we provide a freeze period during which your credits are temporarily frozen instead of being immediately removed. During this freeze period, you can restore your credits by resubscribing to any AI credit plan.
Freeze Rules
Monthly Plan:
Frozen credits are kept for up to 1 month after expiration.
Example: If your monthly subscription expires on March 31, your unused March credits are frozen until April 30.
If you resubscribe before April 30, the credits are restored but will still expire on April 30.
If you do not resubscribe, the credits are permanently cleared on May 1.
Annual Plan:
Frozen credits are kept for up to 3 months after expiration.
Example: If your annual subscription expires on March 31, your unused March credits are frozen until May 31.
If you resubscribe before May 31, the credits are restored but will still expire on May 31.
If you do not resubscribe, the credits are permanently cleared on June 1.
Just a quick note: to restore frozen credits, you must resubscribe to an AI Credits plan. One-time credit packs or video editor subscriptions will not work. The validity period of the new AI credits will start from the date of your latest subscription.
