There are three main types of AI credits on FlexClip. Each has a different way of being obtained and a different validity period.
1. AI Credits Included in a Video Editor Subscription
When you subscribe to a Video Editor Plan (Plus/Business/Team) , AI credits are automatically included as part of your package.
The credits’ validity period matches your subscription period, and any unused credits from the previous cycle will not roll over.
The delivery cycle depends on whether you are on a monthly or annual plan, and credits are refreshed at the start of each new billing cycle.
2. AI Credits Subscription
This are standalone AI Credits Plans that only provides AI credits.
The validity period is 2 months for a monthly plan and 3 months for an annual plan, as long as your subscription remains active.
Credits are issued to your account every month.
If your subscription expires, any unused credits will be temporarily marked as pending. You can regain access to them by resubscribing to any AI credits plan within the pending period.
3. One-Time AI Credits Package
This is a one-time purchase that is not tied to any subscription.
Credits are valid for 365 days from the purchase date.
Each new purchase will refresh the validity of all your one-time credits.
