Add your video to the timeline and click on it, then you can find the Duplicate button in the toolbar above.
This will create a copy of that clip. You can duplicate it as many times as you'd like the loop to go for.
After completion, click the Export button at the top right to download the entire video project. These clips will be combined into a whole.
