If your export gets stuck, there are generally two possible situations:
1. General issues (most common)
This is usually caused by browser or network conditions. You can try the following:
Refresh the page and retry
Restart your Chrome browser
Make sure Chrome is updated to the latest version
Reconnect your network or switch to a different network (e.g. Wi-Fi β mobile hotspot)
2. Stuck at the same percentage (same scene)
If the export always stops at the exact same point, it is likely related to a specific scene in your project. Please go back to the editor and:
Locate the scene where the export stops
Open the Timeline panel
Check if there is a grey track that cannot be loaded
If found, delete that track, refresh the page, and try exporting again
