What should I do if the export progress keeps getting stuck?

If your export gets stuck, there are generally two possible situations:

1. General issues (most common)

This is usually caused by browser or network conditions. You can try the following:

  • Refresh the page and retry

  • Restart your Chrome browser

  • Make sure Chrome is updated to the latest version

  • Reconnect your network or switch to a different network (e.g. Wi-Fi ↔ mobile hotspot)

2. Stuck at the same percentage (same scene)
If the export always stops at the exact same point, it is likely related to a specific scene in your project. Please go back to the editor and:

  • Locate the scene where the export stops

  • Open the Timeline panel

  • Check if there is a grey track that cannot be loaded

  • If found, delete that track, refresh the page, and try exporting again
