Click on your image/video layer on the canvas, then you can find the Border and Shadow options in the toolbar above.
Border
Turn on the Border option, then you can drag the white dots to adjust the Border Width and Rounded Corner.
Click the Border Color icon on the top left corner to choose a suitable color for this border.
Shadow
Turn on the Shadow option, then you can drag the white dots to adjust the shadow effects, such as Blur, Opacity, Offset and Direction.
Click that black dot and you can see more shadow colors.
