The following situations may cause the generated subtitles to be incomplete, or the generation may get stuck or fail.
● Your project contains one or multiple music tracks
Music affects the AI's extraction of speech, that's why the issue occurs.
1) If you only need to generate subtitles for the video, then make sure to select only "Scene" in the content selection.
2) If you need to generate subtitles for the video + some of the audio, then you need to delete the music track(s). Must be deleted, not just muted.
● The video/audio itself contains the original background music.
You need to separate vocal & BGM first. Make sure there is only one vocal track on the timeline before generating subtitles.
● The video/audio is too long.
We recommend that each audio/video clip should be kept at a length of 20 minutes to get a better and more complete result. If it is too long, you can split it and then generate subtitles separately.
