If you receive an error message stating that you do not have access, or are redirected to a 404 error page, this is because the email address you logged in to is different from the one invited by the owner/administrator.
The uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters (symbols or punctuation marks) in both email addresses need to be exactly the same.
Therefore, you need to log in to the correct account and retry. Or, you can contact the owner/administrator to invite your current account instead.
