About Cloud StorageNow, the Cloud Storage feature is available to all premium accounts. You can upload your video, music, and pictures files to FlexClip and save them online in case of data loss. And you don't have to relink files once you change the device. You can find the entrance on your Home page.

Add local image/video files to my videoTimeline Mode There are 4 ways to upload your local files: 1.Enter into the editing page and it will pop up a window for you to upload your local files. 2.Later, you can click the Media button on the left side and click to upload files (videos, images, and music files) from your computer/phone or record the screen or yourself directly. 3.On the timeline part, click the audio track and you can upload your music immediately.

Add LogoAdding a logo on the timeline and storyboard modes is almost the same. There are 3 ways for you. 1.Click the Overlays button, select a favorite sample and add it to the canvas. Then back to the Media part, drag the image you like to the logo frame. 2.Click the Replace button and select an image to replace the original logo. 3.Click to add a PiP to the storyboard.

Add media files to the storyboardAdding media files to the storyboard/scene is quite easy. There are 3 ways for you. First, click the + icon on the lower right corner of the file and you can add it to the canvas directly. Second, drag and drop the file to the canvas directly. Add music files from the stock mediaTimeline Mode Want to choose one or more audio to decorate your video? Click the Audio button on the sidebar and choose from Music or Sound Effects freely. You can search for audio using keywords or choosing suitable categories. Hover the cursor on the audio you like and click the â+â button, adding it to the timeline. Storyboard Mode On the editing page, click the Music button on the sidebar, and you can type a keyword to search for relevant music clips.

Add OverlayTo make your video to the next level, please feel free to select and add a suitable overlay or logo to your video. Click the Overlays button on the sidebar, and you can find various premade overlay and logo samples. You can change the color and type of needed texts at will.

Add video PiPThere are two ways for you to add a video PiP to the canvas (the same as adding an image pip). Adjust SpeedTimeline Mode Click the Speed button and you can change the videoâs speed from 0.2x to 8x. It will make your video much more flexible. Whether you want to make a slow-motion video or a speed-up video, you can get it in minutes. Storyboard Mode Click the âSpeedâ button and you can adjust the speed of your video from 0.5x to 3x.

Can I add multiple music files to one video project?Currently, you can add only one music file to one video project with the Storyboard Mode. However, you can do it with Timeline Mode. You can click the Start From Scratch button on the front page and enter in the timeline mode directly. You can also click this button on your Home page (after logging in) and choose Timeline mode.

Can I get my deleted video project back?Sorry that the deleted video project can not be retrieved anymore. Please think twice before deciding to delete it.

Can I set different volumes of the BGM on different storyboards?Timeline Mode You can easily do it with Timeline Mode. Just need to add multiple music to the timeline and add different volumes to them. Easy and quick. Storyboard Mode The volume of the background music will apply to all of the storyboards.

Can't download 720p after payingFlexClip provides 4 plans for you: free plan, basic plan, plus plan, and business plan. Every plan has limits on the resources or features of editing videos. Edit or delete the transition effectsTimeline Mode After adding a cool transition effect to your video, you can adjust its duration, direction and color (for overlay transition effects only). You can click to apply this transition to all scenes or remove it and apply a better one. Storyboard Mode After adding a transition effect, you can adjust the duration as well as the category/color of the Overlays transition.

Fail to download the videoSometimes, maybe you cannot download your video successfully for some reason. In this case, please clear the browser cache or use an incognito window to try again. If you didn't save your local files to the Could Space, you need to relink your local files. If it still doesnât work, please stay on the error page, right-click, click the âInspectâ button in the pop-up window, and click the âConsoleâ button on the right side of the page.

FlipWant to make your image or video to be mirrored? Easy! You can use the Flip feature to do it in seconds! Add a video or image to the timeline/storyboard, and click the Transform button on the top of the canvas. Finally, flip your video horizontally or vertically. How can I edit a text?Double-click the text box or click the Edit button on the toolbox and you can type your own words. Dragging the corner of the text can change its size quickly and you can move it to any place in your video. You can also change its color, style, motion, etc.

How can I edit/trim the music?Timeline Mode Add music to the timeline and click this track, and you will find several options on the top of the timeline., such as volume, fade, split, trim, duplicate, and delete. How can I export my video after finishing it?After finishing your video, you can click to save your video online or export it directly. Click the Export button, and you can choose to download a video or GIF. If you want to download a video, you can choose quality from 480p, 720p, and 1080p. Staying on the export page can download the video faster. If you choose to download a GIF, you can click the GIF button and choose/customize a suitable size to download.

How can I preview my video?Timeline Mode There is no Preview button because you can preview your video anytime by clicking the Play button. You can start from anywhere by moving the playhead. Storyboard Mode When you are done creating your video, you can click the "Preview" button on the top right corner of the page to preview it in real-time. If you want to make additional changes, you can close the preview window and go back to fine-tune it.

How can I split a video?Timeline Mode Upon the timeline track, you will find a Split option. Move the playhead to the right place, click the Split button, and you can cut the clip into two clips. Storyboard Mode Click the Split button, and you can split the video into two clips. Drag the small scissor to a suitable position and click the Split Video button.

How can I start a video project?On the front page, you can select to start from a template or start from scratch. Second, on the Template page, you can select a favorite template and click to customize it to meet your needs. You can also choose to start from scratch if you don't find a favorite template. Third, if you have logged in with your account, you can click the Start From Scratch button to start a new video project.

How can I trim a video?Timeline Mode You can use FlexClip to trim videos to select the part you want from the start or end of video clips. You can easily trim the video clip by clicking the Trim button on the timeline track. Move the playhead to the right place, click the Trim button, done. Itâs that easy! Besides, you can trim the clip in the Media part. Click the thumbnail of the clip, and then drag the border to adjust the length of the clip and choose the part you want to use.

How to record a webcam?Timeline Mode Click the Recording button in the Media part, and choose Webcam Only. And then, you can change settings while recording via camera. Storyboard Mode Step 1, click the Recording button. Step 2, click the Record Webcam button, and then you can use the camera of your computer to record yourself.

How to record the screen?Timeline Mode First, click the Recording button and select the object. Next, adjust the recording settings and click the Star Recording button. Choose a screen that you want to record and click the Share button. Click the Stop recording and you will get back to what you have recorded, and you can add it to the editing page and edit it freely. Or choose to re-record and get a better one.

Manage saved files in Cloud SpaceAccording to the plan you subscribed to, you can save 10GB(basic plan), 30GB(plus plan), or 100GB(business plan) files to your cloud space. On the cloud space page, you can preview files, check the details of the files, and delete files. You can preview the video/image by clicking it. Click the small icon on the top right corner of the file, and you can check the details of this file.

Manage the text timeTimeline Mode Itâs extremely easy to manage the duration of texts on Timeline Mode. Add a text to the canvas, find the track on the timeline, and you can adjust the duration by dragging the text trackâs border. Storyboard Mode First, click the Adjust Time button on the top right corner of the canvas; Second, on the simple timeline mode, drag the text track to adjust the appearing scene and time of the text.

Preview video from a specific storyboardTimeline Mode Itâs easy to preview your video from a specific time. Remove BackgroundYou can find a Remove Background button on the top of the canvas. Click it and the image cutout window will pop up and show you the result. With the Erase and Restore options, you can adjust the image cutout to meet your needs. Once it is finished, click the Download button to save it on your computer, and then you can apply it to your storyboard (if you close the window without downloading, the image cutout will be lost).

Replace video/imageOnce you added a video/image layer to the storyboard, you can click the Replace button on the top of the canvas to choose another image/video to replace the original one.
