Can I reset my password?You can reset your password by clicking Forgot password link on the login window. Then enter the email address associated with your FlexClip account and we will send you a link to reset your password. In the email you received, click the Reset my password link and then create a new password. You can also reset your password on your account page:

Change email addressPlease send the old & new email addresses using your old email address to the customer team at support#flexclip.com (replace the # with @). Then we'll help you change it.

Delete accountCurrently, you can not delete your account by yourself. We may consider this feature in the future. Please get in touch with our support team for help.

Do I have to create an account first?For using FlexClip online, you don't need to sign up at the beginning. However, be sure to sign up and log in to your account in time and save your video project online in case of data loss.

Fail to login with my Facebook accountIf your Facebook has been registered with a telephone number, you may not log in to FlexClip by connecting with Facebook. You can complete your email address information in your Facebook account and retry.

How do I sign up?On the top right corner of the FlexClip homepage, click the Sign-Up button. In the pop-up window, you can choose to connect with your Facebook/Google account or sign up using an email address. You can also sign up on the editing page: You'll receive a confirmation email, please click on the link to confirm your account.
