Follow the steps below and get started now! 

1.Add videos to the timeline

Upload a video to the editing page, and you can drag it to the timeline or click the Add As Scene button to add it.

2.Add subtitles/captions

Click the Subtitle button on the sidebar, choose Auto AI Subtitle (auto-caption) to add subtitles automatically, or choose Add New Subtitle to add subtitles manually.

1). Auto AI Subtitle (auto-caption) 

This option requests you to sign in with an account first.

Click the Auto AI Subtitle button, select the language of your video and choose the content that needs to generate subtitles. Then, click the Next button.

On the new window, choose to generate subtitles with single lines or double lines, and then choose a favorite style. Finally, click the Generate Subtitles button.

2). Add New Subtitle

Click the Add New Subtitle button, and then you can type words to make subtitles freely.

Type the words you need in the text box. You can click the + icon or + Add New Subtitle button to add more text boxes.

BTW, when you add subtitles manually, you can turn to the auto-captions anytime by clicking the Auto AI Subtitle button.
