Sometimes, you may notice that your account appears to have changed from premium to free, or that your previous video projects are missing. This is usually because you’ve switched to a different workplace.
So how can you switch between your personal account and a team account?
On the Home page, click your profile photo in the lower-left corner. You’ll then see the option to switch your workplace.
Here, you can view your personal account as well as any teams you’ve created or joined. Each workplace is independent. Workplaces with a profile icon and a number next to it (indicating team members) represent team accounts. Simply click on the one you want, and you’ll switch instantly.
