Yes, it is possible to change the email address associated with your FlexClip account. However, this cannot be done directly by users at the moment and requires assistance from our support team.
If you can access your old email address:
Simply send an email to support#flexclip.com (replace # with @) from your old email account and include the new email address you would like to use. We will help update your account as soon as possible.
*Please note that the new email address must not already be registered on FlexClip.
If you cannot access your old email address:
1) You may provide any payment record or bank statement associated with the account. This helps us verify account ownership so we can assist you further.
2) If there is no payment history on the account, we recommend creating a new account and discontinuing use of the old one. If you have video projects you wish to keep, you can manually transfer them to the new account.
