Users who subscribe to a Plus, Business, or Team video editor plan may use all FlexClip stock resources and content generated by our AI tools for commercial purposes without requiring any additional authorization.
Users who purchase AI Credits only (without an video editor subscription) may also use the content generated by our AI tools for commercial purposes without requiring any additional authorization. However, this permission applies only to AI generated content and does not include the commercial use of FlexClip stock resources.
Even if your video editor subscription or AI Credits later expire, the commercial usage rights for any content created during your active subscription or AI Credits purchase period remain valid.
For any content you upload that is not provided by FlexClip, you need to confirm with the copyright owner whether it can be used for commercial purposes. Free users are not allowed to use any stock resources and generated content for commercial use.
